We are delighted to welcome you to our new web site of the Algerian-American Association of Greater Columbus (AAAGC). AAAGC was created less than a year ago, and one of its main goals is to provide a social, cultural and educational forum to all Algerians and Americans of Algerian descent living in the Columbus area.
Vision . . .
The Algerian population that is scattered across the Columbus area should be linked together to form a network of Chapters. Such association would strengthen our values and provide social, cultural and educational support to all Algerians and Americans of Algerian descent.
Motivation . . .
-The desire to associate Algerians in the greater Columbus area for the purpose of social interaction, professional networking, and cultural outreach.
-The passion to promote a greater sense of the Algerian identity, and to promote the Algerian heritage.
-The aspiration to nurture the friendship between Algerians and the Americans.
